About us

DEFINITION

ipoox presorting gmbh is an internationally active service provider with a focus on IT-based postage optimisation according to the guidelines of various postal operators.

We consider ourselves an active partner in the calculation and utilisation of all postage discounts via the use of country-specific postal products with an extensive European network, which is in part worldwide.

We additionally provide support for necessary postal certifications for printing and print processing companies and offer training on special post-related topics.

Thanks to our origin in the lettershop business, at ipoox we have the practical know-how and do not consider ourselves purely an IT service provider.

Our aim to prioritise practical implementation in conjunction with maximum postage discounts ensures smooth processes for our customers, even after data delivery.

In the event that questions do arise during production, delivery or mailing, we have links to the relevant personal networks, in order to identify answers and solutions quickly, flexibly and in a targeted manner.

Measured in terms of all postal products over the entire area of all European postal operators in the marketing field, ipoox offers an almost complete selection of products.

Postage optimisation

Measured in terms of sales, ipoox presorting generates a share of over 86% for international postage optimisation. The remaining 14% mostly offset consulting and printing services.

In-house development

For over 40% and rising of standard sorting services, ipoox already offers automated and/or partially automated processes for frequent project structures.
